At Recharge Health we have just launched a new B2C website and campaign with Casper Ruud as brand ambassador to reach a new audience for our first device. FlexBeam is an innovation in recovery tech, a booming billion dollar market on the verge of becoming mainstream.
Our main market is the USA, but we’re now launched in Norway (& Scandinavia) with some of the world’s best athletes on the team, including Martin Ødegaard and Mats Zuccarello, to help more people discover our unique wearable infrared therapy. We have already onboarded 15,000+ users and built a solid ecommerce platform. Now the next phase of scaling begins.
B2B2C is our second sales channel. Our new B2B2C project is to open new sales and partner opportunities plus following up existing customer relations around the globe.
Our B2B2C strategy is to work with strategically important physiotherapy/massage clinics, wellness centers, sports clubs and other potential distribution partners in these markets that do not conflict with our B2C operation.
In markets where we don’t focus are open for larger distributor deals. We currently have deals in the works for the Baltic region, Eastern Europe and China.
In Norway alone, we have a strong position, established relations and strong sales opportunities with tennis, padel, golf plus the professional therapist market. The biggest potential is in the USA, Canada & the UK.
We have already sold ca 3,000 devices through B2B channels and we have an active leads list and database in place with many happy customers. This has been handled internally and we now seek a sales professional to take it to the next level. The first phase of the project includes upgrading from our database/spreadsheets to a CRM.
The position is potentially full-time with a goal of minimum $75K revenue from B2B2C per month and a clear trajectory of growth. We can start on a project basis and will be open to hiring permanently. The position is hybrid / remote work and in office. Our office is downtown Oslo, and onboarding will be provided with our CEO and international team. We have sales materials, demo units and can create assets as needed.
Our pricing model is based on wholesale with margins. One FlexBeam costs $449 in our own web shop and larger volume wholesale is in the $250-$300 range. We can offer a combination of base pay, good commissions and strong incentives – and our product is innovative and popular.
